POLYKICK™ ACCELERATOR

POLYKICK™ is a paint additive formulated by Products Techniques Inc. to accelerate the air dry time of two component polyurethane topcoat systems. While this product reduces dry times it will not accelerate chemical cure rates. A full chemical cure for two component polyurethane systems typically takes 4 to 7 days. POLYKICK™ will accelerate the dry time of any two component polyurethane system not just PTI’s coatings.

SHELF LIFE

Shelf life is only applicable for materials stored in unopened and undamaged original factory filled containers.1 year when stored at 50⁰-85⁰ F.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS

Shake PolyKick for 1 – 2 minutes for optimal results. Add PolyKick to the Polyurethane Topcoat according to the instructions below.

At 1% by weight added to admixed material:

• Tack free: 1 hour
• Dry hard: 1.5 hours
• Material jelled: 2.5 hours

At 5% by weight added to admixed material:

• Tack free: 20 minutes
• Dry hard: 30 minutes
• Material jelled: 45 minutes

Do not add more than 5%. Addition of more than 5% may adversely affect the quality of the cured topcoat.
