AIRCRAFT ALL PURPOSE CLEANER/DEGREASER

PTC-2001 specifically formulated to be biodegradable, water dilutable and environmentally safe for use onaerospace equipment, aircraft equipment, aircraft exteriors, aerospace/aircraft ground equipment (AGE), AGEEngines and landing gear. PTC-2001 is the only product needed to remove hydraulic fluid, jet exhaust and otherdifficult to remove dirt and grime from aircraft. PTC-2001 is non-caustic, biodegradable, doesn’t contain anysolvents or HAPS (Hazardous Air Pollutants). PTC-2001 exceeds all U.S., Japanese and European CommunityVOC standards.

SHELF LIFE

Shelf life is only applicable for materials stored in unopened and undamaged original factory filled containers.1 year when stored between 50⁰-85⁰ Fahrenheit.

MIXING/APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Do not mix with other products. A harmful reaction may occur.
  ‍
• Dilute with water prior to use. For Heavy degreasing mix 3:1 with water.

• For light duty cleaning mix up to40:1 with water.
  ‍
• To clean windows (glass or plastic) dilute 80-90 parts water to 1 part concentrate.

THIS ISTHE ONLY CLEANER /DEGREASER YOU WILL EVER NEED. SIMPLY ADJUST THE DILUTION RATIO TO SUIT THEJOB.

• For pressure washer and steam cleaner use, dilute a minimum of 10:1 with water.

• Spray product onto aircraft.
  ‍
• Scrub with a soft brush, sponge or wash mitt.
  ‍
• Rinse with de-ionized water to prevent spotting.

NOTE: Application of PTI products requires the use of all OSHA approved safety equipment, including proper ventilation. Additionally, PTI products require the recommended temperature/humidity conditions and film thickness ranges for optimal performance. The material, hangar, and aircraft skin temperatures should be no lower than 75⁰ F / 25⁰ C before, during and after application.
